De-briefing Session of EXPO Pakistan 2013

      Tokyo: Ambassador chaired the de-briefing session of EXPO Pakistan 2013 on 20 November, 2013 in the Embassy of Pakistan.  While addressing the participants, he appreciated the delegates for visiting Pakistan to hold business meetings.  He said that their visit would not only result in enhancement of bilateral trade but would also help in reduction of perceptional gap about Pakistan.  He asked the delegates to give their feedback about the arrangements, quality of exhibits, B2B meetings, sideline events and overall impression about Pakistan. Most of the delegates appreciated the coordination and arrangements made by the Mission to facilitate their visit to Pakistan. They also apprised the Ambassador about the status of their trade negotiations. They further said that their business meetings were arranged professionally. It was a good opportunity to see the quality products being manufactured in Pakistan. They requested the Embassy to address the issue of market access, perception about security and logistics between the two countries. In closing remarks, the Ambassador requested the participants to join the business delegation visiting Pakistan for B to B at the Joint Dialogue planned for March  2014.
