(Tokyo, March 28, 2022): An Ikebana Exhibition and Cherry tree plantation ceremony was held in the Embassy. HIH Princess Hisako Takamado graced the event and planted a cherry tree along with Mrs. Yuko Hayashi, wife of Foreign Minister Mr. Yoshimasa Hayashi and President of Ikebana International Tokyo Ms. Junko Katano.
Ambassador Imtiaz Ahmad addressed the gathering and emphasized the irritant free bilateral relations between Pakistan and Japan. He further highlighted the 70th years of anniversary of the commencement of bilateral diplomatic relations and stated that cultural exchanges and people to people contact from an important layer of bilateral strength.
The exhibition was attended by a large number of people from all walks of life.
