(03.01.2017): PIA’s new service from Tokyo to Pakistan using Boeing-777 was inaugurated at Narita Airport on 2 January, 2017. Marking the beginning of the New Year the Ambassador alongwith PIA Station Manager, Mr. Abdul Jawad Khan, Captain Ahsan Nawab Rizvi of PIA alongwith his flight / cabin crew and Rana Abdul Waheed, Senior Traffic Officer, lauded the start of the service, long a request of the Pakistani community in Japan.
Members of the Pakistani Community enthusiastically flew with the National Airline on the inaugural flight in record numbers and with pride. The service underlines the Government’s policy to reinvigorate the National Airline and that too with an improved service to the world’s third largest economy, Japan
