ESTABLISHMENT OF COMPLAINT CELL IN THE FEDERAL OMBUDSMAN SECRETARIAT, ISLAMABAD

The Government of Pakistan has established a complaint cell at Federal Ombudsman Secretariat  Islamabad for the Overseas Pakistani under the Grievances Commissioner for Overseas Pakistanis.

         In addition to the above, Government has also established one window facilitation desk at Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Sialkot, Peshawar, Multan and Gawader for the overseas Pakistanis.

         Pakistani community having issues/suggestions related to NADRA/ IMPASS or on the above airports and wish to get their grievance addressed may register their complaint/suggest at:

          Esteemed community is further informed that Mission has fixed Friday (1130 - 1230 hrs ) for public hearing.
